6. No Online Purchase Contract

Submission of forms, pricing requests, or vehicle inquiries does not constitute a binding agreement or contract for sale. All transactions are finalized at the dealership location or through authorized dealership processes.

7. As-Is Status and Warranties

New Vehicles: Covered only by the manufacturer’s limited warranty.

Used Vehicles: Unless otherwise stated in writing, all used vehicles are sold AS-IS with no dealer warranty, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The FTC Buyers Guide displayed on the vehicle takes precedence over any website content.

8. Optional Programs and Coverage
